In an online community, Someone asked me about this issue. He receive the error “The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible“ when he press F11 to do System recovery on HP Notebooks with error 0xc000000f.

Solution:
On following Notebooks, there was an issue where, when you try to perform system recovery, you receive error code 0xc000000f and the error message “The boot It selection failed because a required device is inaccessible”.
When I checked driver download section, I find that there is a tool Fix for HP Multi-Partition Recovery Manager which says it fixes an issue where the winre.wim file was not placed on the recovery partition, and subsequently made F11 not available.
If any of you is experiencing the above said issue, please download “Fix for HP Multi-Partition Recovery Manager” from the below said link (File name: sp48415.exe (282 MB))
